F!ROSH Week 2000

Got some great footage this year. Also, we thought we'd change things a little, and take some MPEG video instead of sequential stills for fun. The video was captured at around 20fps (dropping to 8 for the 320x240 video - giving a distinct Charlie Chaplin'esque feel somehow).

Raising the ladder (3 MB, 17 fps)This was extremely cool. The BFC got a huge ladder, and stood it up in the middle of the wading pool in Nathan Phillips square.

Placing the hardhat (5 MB, 8 fps)Up the ladder goes a BFC member placing his life in the hands of his comrades, and a hardhat on the moose in the sky while he's at it.

Catapulting waterballoons(10 MB, 15 fps)Vic F!rosh emerge from Con Hall, and are greeted by a balloon hurling catapult.

The Skule Cannon(3 MB, 20 fps) Ooh. Scary.

(2.8 MB, 15 fps)Gee there's a lot of Engineers shopping in Eaton centre today. There must be a back to school sale on slide rules, HP calcs or something like that.

(1 MB, 15fps)Worshipping Lady Godiva, or, the closest thing we could find apparently.
